1. What is your company's core philosophy when it comes to product creation?
We use 100% whole pasteurized fresh cow’s milk and organic fruits to create our yoghurts, cheeses, and jams. Everything is made in small batches with no artificial flavours, colourants, additives, or preservatives - just natural goodness you can trust.
2. Are your products suitable for children?
Yes! Our products are completely natural, with no artificial ingredients, making them a healthy and safe choice for children (and grown-ups too!).
3. Do you use any artificial sweeteners or preservatives?
Never. We believe in keeping things pure. Our sweetness comes naturally - from fresh milk and organic fruits - without any artificial additives.
4. How should I store your yoghurt and cheese?
Please keep all dairy products refrigerated at 2 to 4°C. Once opened, consume within a few days for the best taste and freshness.
5. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. Our packaging is recyclable, and we’re continually exploring greener materials to reduce our environmental footprint.
6. How do you deliver your products?
We deliver fresh orders straight to your door using our electric bodas (motos) - a clean, eco-friendly way to keep our deliveries fast, fresh, and sustainable.
7. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, and we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 PM.
8. Do you deliver?
We currently deliver anywhere in Kampala and Entebbe for a small fee of 5,000 UGX.
9. Can i pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at the following location: 11 Younger Avenue, Bugolobi.
