Shipping Methods
Your order matters — and so does our planet.
To ensure fast, fresh, and environmentally friendly delivery, we use our electric boda for all shipments within our service areas.

This allows us to:

• Reduce emissions
• Deliver faster
• Maintain product freshness throughout transit

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically delivered same day or next business day, depending on your location and order volume.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Fees
For a small fee of 5,000 UGX, we are happy to deliver anywhere in Kampala and Entebbe.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details and expected delivery window.

Freshness & Handling
We take great care to maintain the quality of our yoghurt during transit. All orders are handled under hygienic and temperature-safe conditions.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you promptly.
